Personal dashboard

Every user can add up to 4 columns of portlets. This allows us to show the entire worfkflow, with all state-potlets (called Article Lists), displaying all states of the workflow with all corresponding articles:

To add Article List portlet, there's an option of all worfklow states to choose from:
